Shipping Claim Procedure

With the busy summer months ahead we want to make sure we hold our shipping companies to the highest standards.

Please make sure to check your deliveries for any physical damage and ensure you have received the correct number of items before signing the bill of lading or delivery receipt.

In the event you do have damage, please follow the directions in our freight policy.

In any case of overage, shortage or damaged freight please document with pictures, carrier information and date.
